Abstract:
The objective of the title workshop was to exchange knowledge among Dutchexperts and local policy makers on the possibilities for cities to reduce their CO2-emissions. The workshop was subdivided into three working groups: (1) Monitoring and Benchmarking; (2) Liberalization of the Energy Market; and (3) Mobilization of the Target Groups
