Abstract:
After several breakthroughs in the field of additive manufacturing, ECN has managed to 3D-print sorbents and catalyst support structures. This results in far more design freedom for reactors, catalysts and sorbents compared to the state-of-the-art. This knowledge enables the development of significantly more efficient conversion processes in the manufacturing industry in the future.
