Abstract:
Some intermediate results obtained during the work carried out within theframework of the title project are presented. It is decided to issue this
part of the work before the complete finalization of the project. Within the
S and FAT working procedure the document is marked as an interim document
'DOC-NOT-04'. The subject concerns mechanical testing by some twenty European
wind turbine industries and rotor blade manufacturers. Data have been
compiled by means of sending out a questionnaire
