        Abstract:
A brief description of the paper market and the paper production processis given. It is obvious that the waste paper business is complex. A first
evaluation of a biomass integrated-gasifier/combined-cycle system according
to the atmospheric circulating fluidized bed gasification process, as
developed by TPS Termiska Processer AB, shows that an overall system
efficiency of 38% can be achieved. A plant with a capacity of 73 MWth will
consume approximately 15.5 tonnes of waste paper per hour. 7 figs., 7 tabs.,
