Abstract:
A general introduction and an outline of the set-up is given of the title project. In addition, some key concepts and issues are given on negotiating the distribution of the burden of greenhouse gas mitigation among the signatory countries and regions of the Framework Convention on Climate Change in the post First udget Period, specified by the Kyoto Protocol (2008-2012). 12 refs.
