Abstract:
With free international trade, the large tax advantage for renewableelectricity in the Netherlands will lead to major import. As a result the Dutch taxpayer pays mostly for the production of renewable electricity in other countries, which does not necessarily mean that the Dutch tax revenues will actually result in more renewable electricity production in Europe, though.
