Abstract: Since pre-industrial times, the increase of greenhouse gas emissions due to human activities have led to a marked increase of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere that will lead to the increase of global temperature. This climate change issue becomes one of the most important global issues. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) has addressed this issue through its ultimate objective of stabilization of greenhouse gas concentration in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system as stipulated in Article 2 of the Convention.
