Abstract:
The Ministry of EL&I has asked ECN to research the base rate for wind onshore for windy locations on the basis of 3050 full load hours per year. ECN and KEMA have calculated the corresponding base rate at 8,2 €ct/kWh. ECN and KEMA advise to lower the maximum full load hours to 2650. The corresponding base rate increases to 8,5 €ct/kWh. However, the research shows that the lower number of full load hours will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the SDE+ support for wind onshore.
