Abstract:
The Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Netherlands has the intention to open a tender for offshore wind in 2015. Per request of the Ministry this note describes the results of recent calculations on the costs of offshore wind. The recent calculations provide information on the subsidy demand of new wind parks at sea. The information on this subsidy demand serves as input for the government's policy choices on how to draft the upcoming tender arrangement for wind at sea.
