Abstract:
In this report ECN describes the role of the province of Noord-Holland in energy policy for the industry sector. ECN makes an estimation of the energy use and energy saving potential of industrial companies for which the province is the competent authority. Also ECN gives some recommendations how to sharpen this role of the province to speed up the energy savings in industry. This report is written in cooperation with the Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied.
