Abstract:
Options for local governments in the Netherlands to anticipate theliberalization of the energy market and the future privatization of the energy sector in the European Union are discussed with respect to the energy supply in the built environment. Problems and constraints are outlined and a solution is given in the form a so-called Five Steps Plan. 4 refs.
