Abstract:
This study has been carried out within the project: ’Energy Conservation Stimu]ation Programme for the Czech and Slovak Republics. Phase 2: Energy Conservation in Buildings’ (PSO 92.114/056592). It outlines the way in which the Dutch govemment has coped with the energy problem in the Housing sector.
