Abstract:
The building was audited by means of a visual inspection of building quality, energy aspects and quality and performance of appliances. Additional information came from drawings, energy bills and design documents. Information about management aspects was obtained by interviews with the management of the building. In general it may be concluded, that energy saving potential is rather high. Energy savings can be obtained in the first place by improving the technical quality of the houses and of the heat exchanger station. However, measures in the field of improved technical
