Abstract:
ECN and DNV GL have been commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs to study
the cost of renewable energy production. This cost assessment for various categories is
part of the advice on the subsidy base rates for the SDE+ feed-in support scheme. A
draft version of this advice has been discussed with the market in an open consultation
round. This report contains the final advice on the cost of projects in the Netherlands
targeted for realisation in 2017, covering installation technologies for the production of
renewable electricity, renewable gas and renewable heat.
