Abstract:
ECN and DNV GL have written cost findings on renewable energy projects, see https://www.ecn.nl/collaboration/sde/sde2018/.
Stakeholders have been consulted on these findings in an open consultation round. The responses
from stakeholders have been used to write the draft advice on base rates for 2018. This document narrates whether and how the responses have been incorporated in the draft advice. It also includes answers to anonymised and aggregated questions about the publications on cost findings.
