Abstract:
A second opinion has been requested by Interprovinciaal Overleg (IPO) on the report by Alterra and GeQuiMa on long term durability of Hydrostab, a topcover for landfill sites. The questions covered are focused on the long term durability of the Hydrostab. The model applied to predict the long term durability is based on too many assumptions to be reliable.
