Abstract:
ECN and RIGO evaluated some data sources and methods to make default numbers for the energy savings of measures in existing dwellings. SenterNovem wants numbers for energy savings based on real energy use. This inventory includes the HOME and WoON surveys, the energy label database, the energy label calculation model and new collected data from renovation projects.
With statistical analyses on the HOME and WoON surveys only for a few measures the energy savings could be determined. With the energy label database this is possible for all energy saving measures in existing dwellings. The energy use of the dwellings in the label database could be determined to couple the database with the energy client database of CBS. Because this database with energy uses for 2008 is not available before mid-2010, an approach that uses different data sources is recommended.
