Abstract:
For a number of saving measures, indicative savings based on actual energy use could be determined. However, not for all. The data file of the energy label database lacked data on the Rc values of insulated facades, roofs and flooring; only the distinction between insulated and non-insulated surface was known. Therefore, the statistical analysis showed only an insignificant or very limited saving result for insulation. The data file of the energy label database also lacked data on the presence of a solar boiler or PV.
The analyses of the dwellings that had a heat pump according to the label database did not yield une-quivocal and valid results. Particularly the situation of significant gas uses (according to customer files) that were unexpectedly found (heat pump without gas heating) raises doubts about the usability of the data. The impression rises that the usage data for part of this group of dwellings match insufficiently with the reading data and may have bearing on a situation in which the heat pump was not yet or no longer present.
