Abstract:
This report is written with collaboration between the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands
(ECN) and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). This study was presented at the "2nd
U.S. offshore wind energy update conference" held at New York Long Island on 8-9th May 2017 by
Ashish Dewan, ECN consultant and Tyler Stehly, wind technology analyst at NREL.
