Abstract:
This strategic plan (2016-2018), which is specifically focused on sustainable activities, provides direction to the realisation of our mission and is the framework for our R&D and operational plans. We have formulated the plan using a great deal of input from employees, customers, partners and other stakeholders. We have also taken into account the results of an external peer review carried out in 2015.
