Abstract:
2008 has been an eventful year for ECN in many respects. Many new initiatives were developed and high profile projects were finished. The international economic crisis has obviously affected ECN. But what is more important: the current situation also offers many new prospects. Management, unit managers and external relations not only look back on the year 2008 but also address the consequences of the economic crisis. What does the future hold for ECN in the short and long term? How can ECN remain influential in the transition to a sustainable energy supply? On which developments should the units focus? It is clear that cooperation is of eminent importance for the realization of a sustainable future.
