Abstract:
This report analyses impacts of several possible options to reform the current Dutch net metering policy, with a focus on the implications for solar-PV systems. Three sectors were taken into account: private homes, rented homes and the service sector. Analysed were impacts on the business case for solar-PV systems (simple payback times and net monthly savings), future growth rates and governmental costs.
